11th Annual Knights of Columbus Golf Tournament
at Talega Golf Club on September 10, 2012
with Legendary A's Pitcher: John "Blue Moon" Odom

Talega Golf Club, located in the hills of San Clemente set above the “Spanish Village by the Sea,” is truly one of the best golf experiences in Southern California.

Established in 2001, Talega features an 18-hole, par 72 Fred Couples “Signature” championship golf course in Orange County ranked America’s Top Golf Course (by Golf Digest/ESPN/Zagat Survey), driving range, and Spanish colonial clubhouse architecture with bell tower and village courtyard setting.   [Google Map]

The Knights of Columbus Golf Tournament is scheduled for Monday, September 10 at beautiful Talega Golf Club.  Each year Council 12451 puts on this elaborate event that features a round of golf, lunch, contests, silent auction and raffle, and complete buffet.

COST: $125 per Single Golfer
Dinner Only: $25/person (reserve by 9/1)

The Knights of Columbus are happy to have present Legendary A's Pitcher John "Blue Moon" Odom at our 11th Annual Golf Tournament at Aliso Viejo Country Club on Monday, September, 2012. Mr. Odom will be present for free photo and autograph opportunities. Dinner guests as well as players are welcome to meet the winner of three consecutive World Series championships.

Johnny Lee Odom (born May 29, 1945) was a Major League Baseball pitcher who won three consecutive World Series championships with the Oakland Athletics in 1972, 1973 and 1974.

Wednesday, May 16th in Rm 223 of the School Building at 7:30pm.  Elections to be held.
Come early for dinner at 645pm by School Cafeteria, cooked by our own brother chef italiano, Vincent Rosa.

  • June - Brother Marcus Cabrera, Student at SDU majoring in Theology
  • July - Fr. Mario Juarez - Chaplain of San Felipe de Jesus KOFC Council
  • August - Fr. SK John Struzzo, He has a Ph.D. in Sociology and a PostDoctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy and Individual Psychotherapy.  He has taught at several universities in the areas of sociology, psychology, and marriage and family relations and psychotherapy.
